    Having spent many years Weight Training and being involved with contact sports i was starting to suffer with more frequent back pain and excessive tightness throughout most of my body. This was resulting in poor posture and day to day i was becoming more and more uncomfortable.

    By chance i met Nicola at the local Gym and was soon aware that she had a vast knowledge of Weight Training, Mobility and of course Yoga. After discussing my posture and mobility issues Nicola designed a 4 week Yoga plan for me to follow along side my Weight Training. The program involved various specific postures and stretches to counter act the tension caused when training and also two session a week where i was solely following a Yoga routine.

    I was a complete novice to Yoga[and still am] but since following Nicola’s plan and with her guidance i am now able to move much more freely than before and have a much better understanding of movement and posture on a day to day basis.
