I signed up to Nicola’s 24 week programme to get the benefits of more tailored yoga sessions, to get encouragement to try more challenging poses and, specifically, to address a strained thigh muscle. Giving feedback to Nicola after every 4 weeks, Nicola was able to expertly tailor the poses to specific areas of the body and we made rapid progress on the thigh muscle strain as well as generally toning and challenging the entire body. Nicola’s inspiring enthusiasm and professionalism gave me the encouragement to move on from the yoga plateau I had reached. I would thoroughly recommend Nicola’s personalized as well as more general programmes.
