    This book is fantastic!
    It is perfect for those wanting to get fit, strong and flexible. The illustrations are easy to follow and the exercises are well explained! No equipment needed.

    Absolutely love this book! It’s a must-have for days when life is too hectic and you just can’t find time to get to a class! Nicola goes through each pose in thorough detail, making it so easy for me to master my inner yogi!

    This book sits on my coffee table – when I have a spare few minutes I try out a few moves. The instructions are very easy to follow and I can dip in and out when I feel like it.

    Excellent read and very easy to follow. I like the way diet is incorporated into this book and how to use principles to gain more of a healthy body. The illustrations are very easy to follow with step by step instructions of each pose. The weekly session plans are also such a great idea to incorporate all different parts of the body. An all round great book. I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to take up yoga.

    An easy to follow 28 day programme that has noticeably increased both my strength – especially core – and flexibility. It brilliantly combined my love of gym work and yoga. I am a fit, healthy 40 year old who has practised yoga on and off for 20 years. The programme was challenging at times but is so adaptable in terms of pose variations and repetitions that it is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. I would highly recommend it.
