Yoga Gym offers three 12 week plans designed to suit your goals. Each plan is made up of 4 weekly workouts you can do at a time that suits you. You get 4 new workouts every month, training plans, coaching videos, recipes, meal plans, access to members’ only discounts, and you’ll be the first to know about workshops and retreats.

We know you’ll love the plans so there is also an option for continued access to the membership areas and all video workouts once you’ve finished your 12 week plan.
