Yoga Gym Kids
Yoga Gym Kids is taught largely in schools, colleges and holiday clubs, and can be run as a one off workshop, a weekly lesson on the school timetable, or as an after school club. The sessions are fun and active, combining traditional yoga postures, physical exercise, breathing techniques and relaxations.
All sessions are non-religious, age-specific and taught by Yoga Gym founder, Nicola Jane Hobbs (MSc.) or another Yoga Gym Coach with full DBS clearance.
