Yoga Gym Sport
All sessions are taught by Yoga Gym founder, Nicola Jane Hobbs (MSc), who has a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and personal experience of the physical and psychological demands of intense sport-specific training regimes from her time as a national Olympic Weightlifter.
Individualised Yoga Gym Sport workshops and regular classes are available for sports teams, clubs and athletes. All sessions are sport-specific and are customised to suit each individual athlete or team and their skill level. Yoga Gym Sport training for coaches is also available which will provide sport professionals with the tools to integrate yoga and mobility training into their coaching methods.
